Users can remove their cloud account and cloud safety records from inside the app.
- Open Settings.
- Open Account and Cloud Safety.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
- The app requests deletion of the authentication account, user profile, heartbeat, device token, consent, settings, related server alerts, and optional Safety Evidence Vault records and audio files.
- If you cannot access the app, open https://diallodev.online/ciaoSOS/es/support and request deletion using the same Apple or Google account.
