Local-first safety: contacts, checklists, fake call, siren, QR medical profile, and emergency map tools stay useful without pretending to be a rescue service.
Cloud safety: account sync creates a protected profile, settings record, consent record, heartbeat, and device token only when the user signs in and enables cloud features. The SOS evidence vault is separate, explicit, and off by default.
International by design: the app supports localized text, country calling prefixes, flags, and regional emergency numbers where verified.
