Use the app as a safety aid, not as a promise of emergency response.

You remain responsible for calling your local emergency number when you are in immediate danger.
Emergency numbers, police, carabinieri, hospitals, and similar resources are convenience links and must be checked for your current country.
Some features require iOS permissions, network connectivity, cloud service availability, battery power, and device settings that Apple controls.
Automatic SMS cannot be sent by an iPhone while locked or powered off. The app uses allowed iOS flows and optional server heartbeat alerts instead.
Do not use the app to harass, mislead, stalk, or make false emergency reports.
