This policy explains what Ciao SOS processes and why.

On-device data includes emergency contacts, safety settings, fall history, fake call preferences, checklists, and optional medical profile information.
Cloud account data may include a secure account identifier, email, phone number, authentication provider, app language, app version, device model, safety settings, heartbeat status, and push token.
Location is used for SOS, emergency map context, and optional protection trail or heartbeat. It is not sold and is not used for advertising tracking.
The optional Safety Evidence Vault is off by default. If a signed-in user enables it, SOS details, last available location, voice transcript, and recorded audio may be stored for access by authorized safety administrators.
Trusted contacts are normally stored on the device. A message or call is initiated only when the user chooses an SOS, test, or emergency action.
Users can delete cloud account data from Account and Cloud Safety. Support is available at https://diallodev.online/ciaoSOS/ko/support.
