1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using SennoAI, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.
2. License Grant
Dywtal Digital grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download, install, and use SennoAI strictly in accordance with these Terms.
3. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in SennoAI, including its architecture, design system, icons, algorithms, and branding, are the exclusive property of Dywtal Digital.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
SennoAI is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Dywtal Digital does not warrant that on-device machine learning outputs (transcriptions, OCR, tone rewrites) will be 100% error-free in all acoustic or visual environments.
